No audio after latest update

Hi,
Customer purchased IT82R with firmware 82.1.2.142
He updated it to 82.31.2.533 and now customer claims there is no audio - front screen shows the speaker symbol (top left) with a cross. The sound page shows Ring Volume at 9, Talk Volume at 10, so it is not the volume settings.

I have asked him to load previous firmware 82.30.2.527 to see if that restores sound.

He is remote so I can't visit myself.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Ok, this is resolve after a full factory reset.
