IT82 - image quality problem after picking up a call

A customer has R26 calling IT82. When IT82 rings, image on the screen looks fine but after picking up the call, image quality is worse. You can see it on the video here: https://wetransfer.com/downloads/934a27 ... 016/45157d

Please look at the logo on the tshirt and windows in the building on the back - you can see this effect there. Do you know what may be the problem? Both It82 and R26 have the newest firmware version.

Did you make the direct IP call or sip call? Which resolution do IT82 and R26 use which you can check in them's website (Account-Advanced)?
Can you help to capture a packet when in the call?

It is a direct call

No matter what are the settings in the R26, there is always the same issue - after picking up the call the image quality is bad.

Hi piotr,

After checking the pcap file, the resolution of direct ip call between IT82 and R26 is 720P and it seems not that bad.

And it seems you do not pick up the call, but just preview it. Maybe you can check the resolution of preview feature (Intercom-RTSP).
