Hi,

Is there a way to execute an URL when arming mode is enabled and disabled ? This could be very usefull to link IT82 to other system.

if this is not possible is there a way to request arming mode state with a specific URL ?

regards,

tristan

Hi Tristan,

We do not support to use URL for controlling the arming mode state now. But it is possible in technical.

Can I know where do you purchase our product? Maybe you can forward the request to the company which you purchase our products. We do not develop request directly for end users in principle.

Thanks&Best regards

Hi,

I have bought several IT82 (we are IT integrator) through IP&Co in France.
Please note that with such requested feature IT82 could really be used as a security system if it could just send order (URL action) to other system (like jeedom for example).

Hi Sir,

IP&cO is the installer of one of our customers, as per what Neil said, you should forward the requirement to where you purchased our products from. And they will submit the requirement to us. In this way the requirement would be done sooner than which you post it to us directly. Because it is not that easy for us to deal with all of the requirements from the end user.

Thank you!
