Hi,
Sorry, the IP announcement feature can not be disabled now.
For end users who want to know the IP address of R26/R23, this feature is convenient.
Best regards

do you plan to have a checkbox to deactivate ? It's funny, that I could go through the street and can get all subnets ...

Hi,
The IP announcement feature can not be disabled. But you can configure the IP announcement feature live time, like 1 second.
You can configure it in this path: Phone-Voice-IP Announcement. The value "0" means always live. The value "1-180" means live in 1-180 seconds.
Best regards

Re: Disable IP announcement.
Hi,
today my R26c was anouncing it's IP address, when I arrived at home. I guess somebody must have pressed the ring button for long time.
I don't think it is an convenient function, as I'm the end customer and not the foreigner, who is in front of my door and ringing the bell.
As bytesitter state already before, we don't want to publish our sub net address to the world.
From my point of view this is a security issue and I would like to have this feature disabled.
Why allowing "0" to disable the anouncment completely?
best regards,
Thorsten
