I have a R23C running on the most recent firmware, audio is fine both ways but when the user press the DTMF code to unlock the door nothing happens, the bell doesn't even announce the warning " the door is now open" it does nothing as if the code was not entered.
Please advise.

Hi Sir,
Some problems need to check first:
1. Can I know which firmware version do you test?
2. Which device do you use to have calls with R23?
3. Do the pressed DTMF code be the same with the value in the Intercom-Relay-DTMF?
4. Do the option from Phone-Voice-Open Door Warning be enabled?
4. If all checked, but R23 is not worked, can you help to export log file for us analyzing? Go to Upgrade-Advanced-System Log, select the loglevel to be 7, repeat the problem and export the log file.

I had the problem one with a R26, it seemed it took longer for each action, calling, etc. Sound was still fine, but in the end it didnt unlock. After a reboot everything is fine for a long time now
