RTSP did not work in App

Hi,

i update the firmware to 26.31.4.111 and use the app VBell from Akuvox.
But now i can´t see the RTSP stream on the App.

As an alternative i install Vfone, but i can´t login in to my 3CX PBX with the same credentials.

What´s going wrong?

Hi Stefan,
Do you configure the R26 RTSP on Vbell, you need to add the R26 account and RTSP on Vbell. Please refer to the following picture:

Note: The Akuvox doorphone RTSP format is rtsp://device_ip/live/ch00_0
Also, do you enable the R26 RTSP on device portal? Intercom->RTSP->RTSP basic
