Extension Whitelist

Hello support,

I have a question regarding the extension permissions on the R23/R26 models.

On the old firmwares, every PBX extension could call the R26 and trigger the relay by pressing the right DTMF key.

With the latest firmware, only the extensions noted at the Push Button function are able to do this.

But, in the case of a Ring Group at the Push Button, no extension can call the Doorphone and trigger the relay.

Is there a way to do this? Something like a whitelist to permit specific extensions.

I have the same issue here and also asked for a similiar solution some months ago.

Unfortunately AKUVOX is not interested in customer feedbackand only acts on requests of suppliers.
However my supplier is not interested in developing a product and i guess that's the same for others.

Can still not understand why AKUVOX rejects to take end-user comments into account for their development?

Sorry for late reply.
The new firmware of R26 (26.31.5.8) is updated with phonebook function(Phonebook -> Localbook). The relay could be triggered when the extension was added to the local book (Mobile Num).

i installed FW 26.31.5.8 but i could not find the phonebook you mentioned.
Can you please explain where to find it on the menu?
