I am testing with an Akuvox R26P with firmware 26.0.2.144 and an 2N web relay but I can't get it working. My settings are in the attachment.
I don't know on what DTMF tone the web relay is reacting and what the Web Relay Action, Web Relay Key, Web Relay Extension should be. Is there a manual for this or can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi voys,
The above attachment with incorrect settings. The "IP Address" option should be the Webrelay ip address here.
One more thing need check.Could you check the DTMF value of R26 built-in relay? The "Web Relay Key" should be kept the same as built-in relay DTMF code, so that it can open the built-in relay and webrelay at the same time.

Re: R26P with Web Relay
Still no success. I think I've got the right settings but I don't see any HTTP traffic in the PCAP's. I hear the relay in the R26P clicking when I press 1 on the phone. I've also tried to switch the web relay type do default but that also doesn't help. In the logging I see this:
Mar 30 13:35:08 : phone pid10665,tid10679,l6: CGALogic::Open Relay ,relay type is web relay
So it looks like the R26P is aware of the web relay.

Re: R26P with Web Relay
Almost there! I've got it working with no password on the web relay and the newest firmware (26.0.3.20). But I want to use a password on the web relay. I have to use this URL to work with the password: state.xml?noReply=1&relayState=2 But when I save the form the last part after the & is removed: state.xml?noReply=1
I have already tried to use an encoded & sign (%26) but that also doesn't help.

Hi Voys,
The web relay extension means that the web relay works only when receives the DTMF tone from the predefined extension.
I think it will work well if you leave the "web relay extension" blank.

Hi all,
it might sound a bit silly but can anyone explin to me, what is a web relay?
Is it an additional (maybe 3rd party) piece of hardware or is it just on of the build in relas of the Akuvox?

Hi Thowa,
Web Relay is an additional piece of hardware like you said. It could applied to remote control especially in security lock system. It is not the build-in relays of Akuvox products. Of course Akuvox does have build-in relays, but sometimes web relay could be applied to specific situation and coorperate with Akuvox products to achieve specific purpose.

Re: R26P with Web Relay
Hi all,
this thread is a little bit old, but I got the same problem as voys: Every "Web Relay Action"-string I put into the web form is cutted after pressing submit. After the first parameter (login credentials) everything else is removed, it's not possible to add a second parameter (relay action) with "&".
I'm using this web relay: https://www.teracomsystems.com/ethernet ... cw122b-cm/
If I put the whole action string (with changed port, login, password and action, like: "http://device.ip.address:port/status.xml?a=admin:admin&pl1=1") in the "Action URL"-"open relay success" located in the phone menu, everything works fine. Drawback, the action is triggered for relay 1 and relay 2.
Best regards,
Didi

Re: R26P with Web Relay
Hi didi,
It is a pity that our devices are only compatible with the webrelay from control by web. See it at:
https://www.controlbyweb.com/webrelay/
As for the parameter removed issue, could you please let me know the firmware version please?
Also may I know where did you purchase our products? I will help to get corresponding latest firmware for you.
Or maybe it doesn't matter because it is not compatible with the web relay which you are using now?
Please be free to let me know if any further question.
Best Regards.
