No BYE received by Asterisk

Hi,

Im using an r20k, c315 and c317 monitors over VOIP with Asterisk.

On my phone I have the vFone app installed, when the monitors are in DND i transfer the call to the app.

All of this works with video fine, but when I Hangup from the app , Asterisk is not receiving a BYE and thus the call stays open forever.
