after update my doorphone R29s to Release version No.29.31.1.661 i have no open Door tone.
Whats the Problem?

Hi sir,
Please login to the device website and go to the path Intercom->Basic->Door setting general->Open door tone to enable it.

the door tone ist "Enable" but the Problem is the same.

Hi sir,
May I know what version was it before the upgrade? After upgrading this version, did you reset the device?
After the above check, if the issue still exists, could you please export the log to me?
To export the log, please go to the path Upgrade->Advanced->System level, configure the log level to 7 first, reproduce this issue, and then export the logs.

Hello sir,
Can you login to the device website and go to the path Intercom->Basic->Door setting general, enable the open door tone and further check?
If it is the same, could you please export the log to me? Access path Upgrade->Advanced->System log. Configure the system level to 7, open the door to reproduce the issue you mentioned, and then export the log.
