Who can i kill the voice message of the IP-Adress

I have two questions:

Since the last restart of the E21V, the IP address is output as a voice message via the loudspeaker for every restart without interruption. How can this be permanently turned off?

When you ring the E21V, the loudspeaker emits an unruly loud tone until a SIP connection to the indoor monitor (IT83) is established. How or where can this "dial tone" be turned off?

May I please know your firmware version? As usual, to make E21 announces its IP address we need to hold the push button for several seconds.

As for the question two, you are right there is a ring back tone during the call just like when you call to someone on your smartphone. Please record the tone and attach it here if the ring back tone is abnormal.
