Crash after firmware upgrade

Hello,

I tried to upgrade the device to the latest firmware 82.0.2.137.

But, for some unknown reason, the upgrade process failed. And now, when I power the device, it is frozen be the "android" logo on the screen.

Any ideas for that? A possile hard reset?

Hi Christos,
Have you tried to disconnect the power and reboot the deivce? Let me know if the power is still there.

Hi Luke,

Yeah of course, I disconnected it from the power (PoE supply), and when I'm powering it up again, the same happens. Just the "android" logo appears.
